1. ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Task Description:

+ Control of incoming invoices and transportation documents and recording them in the accounting system

+ Preparation and follow-up of outgoing invoices

+ Preparation of administrative correspondence and necessary follow-ups

+ Monitoring and follow-up of dunning and payment transactions

Qualifications Required:

+ Successful completion of commercial training

+ Good communication and careful working skills

+ Good command of numbers and good organizational skills

+ Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team

2. PLANNING SPECIALIST

Task Description:

+ Monitoring and management of European and national shipment traffic

+ Identification of loading areas and communication with carriers

+ Contact with national and international transportation companies and pricing

+ Preparation of daily pricing and offers according to customer demands

Qualifications Required:

+ Experienced in building business relationships through phone calls

+ Good communication and organizational skills, meticulous and organized working principles

+ Commercial training and sales experience is an advantage

3. SALES SPECIALIST

Task Description:

+ Researching and identifying new customer potentials

+ Managing procurement processes and analyzing customer needs

+ Preparing and presenting proposals in cooperation with the planning department

+ Regularly updating and maintaining customer data in the system

+ Ensuring and continuously improving customer satisfaction

Qualifications Required:

+ Graduated from related departments and at least 3 years of experience in sales logistics

+ Strong communication skills with the transportation industry and transportation companies

+ Success-oriented, teamwork-oriented and effective communication skills
